Returns
We hope that you’re completely satisfied with the products you order from us. If, for any reason, you change your mind and wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund you provided they are unused/unopened and in a fully resalable condition within 60 days of purchase.
Please notify us of the return prior to posting the items, either by email contact@bigvits.co.uk or telephone +44 (0)1377 253000. Please ensure you include your order number within your return parcel, so the refund can then be issued.

Once a returned product has been received, you will be refunded the full product cost excluding postage. However, if the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund of the item.
Please note we do not take any responsibility for items lost or damaged when being returned to us, to avoid problems ensure you pack the items securely, keep a proof of postage receipt from the post office or send the items back to us via a tracked/recorded service which insures the value of your goods.
Please note that sale items advertised as 'short dated', ‘damaged packaging’ or ‘clearance item’ are non-returnable/refundable.

Lost or damaged parcels
In the unfortunate event that items are missing or arrive damaged, please send details of the issue, including photographs of any damage and your name and order number, to contact@bigvits.co.uk within 28 days of the order date. Alternatively, you can speak to our customer services team during office hours on +44 (0)1377 253000.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or amend your order you must contact our customer service team immediately, by either email contact@bigvits.co.uk or telephone +44 (0)1377 253000 during office hours.
Unfortunately, because we process all orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we cannot guarantee that we’ll always be able to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched.
